By accessing or using Realogix at realogix.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Realogix is an AI-powered email outreach platform for commercial real estate professionals. It enables users to create personalized email campaigns, connect their Gmail account to send emails, and track replies.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws
  • Obtaining consent from email recipients where required by law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Realogix to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent

5. Gmail Integration

When you connect your Gmail account, you authorize Realogix to send, read, and compose emails on your behalf for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings. You remain responsible for all emails sent through your account.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Realogix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that emails sent will be delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realogix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Realogix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
