• Gmail account access when you connect your Google account

3. How We Use Google User Data

When you connect your Gmail account, Realogix requests access to send emails, read threads, and compose drafts on your behalf. We use this access solely to:

• Send outreach emails from your Gmail account
• Detect replies to your campaigns
• Display email threads in your inbox

We do not share your Gmail data with third parties. We do not use Gmail data for advertising. Your Gmail tokens are stored encrypted and used only to fulfill the above purposes.

Realogix's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@realogix.io.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are stored securely and never exposed to client-side code.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Realogix:

• Supabase: authentication and database hosting
• Vercel: application hosting
• Stripe: payment processing
• Google APIs: Gmail integration

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:
